November, 24th: 20 years later.

"Il 24 Novembre del 1991 Freddie Mercury abbandonava le sue spoglie mortali per entrare nella leggenda, lasciando un vuoto incolmabile nel cuore dei fans sparsi per i quattro angoli del pianeta. Ma come per la fenice che spesso lo ha rappresentato durante l’eccezionale carriera artistica, dalla tragedia della sua morte è scaturito un nuovo impulso creativo che ha permeato nuove generazioni di musicisti.
Quattro band italiane (ZAP, The Lotus, Innershine, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), accumunate da questo imprinting creativo, hanno deciso di unire le proprie energie in occasione del ventennale della scomparsa di Mercury e rendere tributo ad un grande artista nel modo in cui egli avrebbe preferito: in musica."

"On 24th November, 1991, Freddie Mercury abandoned his mortal coil to become a legend, leaving an unfillable void in the hearts of fans scattered around the planet. But, as for the Phoenix that often represented him throughout his flamboyant artistic career, from his death's tragedy a new creative blossom has flowered and enlightened a whole new generation of musicians.

Four Italian bands (ZAP, The Lotus, Innershine, PostTraumatic Stress Disorder), bonded by this creative imprinting, have decided to join their forces on the twentieth anniversary of Mercury's death and homage a great artist in the way he would have most loved: music. "

Mentre proseguono i lavori sul nuovo album, cominciamo a organizzare nuovi live e tour per far viaggiare la musica dei The Lotus, come tanti di voi chiedono a gran voce!

Ecco dunque che nasce un nuovo progetto, che ha già creato -e creerà- molta discussione: VOI organizzate una o più serate per il vostro gruppo preferito (i The Lotus, chi altri?) e VOI percepite il 15% del cachet. Diventate "agenti", per una sera, della vostra band!

And yes, you have seen it clearly: the video that The Lotus have chosen as cutting edge is from their DVD Live at the Snooty Fox; do you remember, don't you? Directly from the Forgotten Tour 2011!
