Hi friends ! Great news about the realization of the new album ! The last thursday we put basis for a new song, and we'll continue to work about that. We have more songs almost ready for the recording we'll do soon, and the last song is another piece on the next The Lotus-puzzle. Another puzzle coloured by The Lotus colours, and we are very happy and proud of our work... New sound, new choises, new testings, characterized by our own kind of music. So, we are sure you'll enjoy it !

We are proud to announce that tomorrow we'll reprise the work we had to stop for the tour in UK on the second album. We are very excited for that, and to write and play other songs...We are sure you'll enjoy them !!

GRAZIE AL REGNO UNITO
Ciao amici. Siamo i the lotus e scriviamo noi stessi, di nostro pugno, a un mese abbondante dalla partenza. Cogliamo l'occasione per ringraziare Cristiana, Serena e Benedetta, le nostre Lotus-Girls del Press Office, che ci hanno dato una grande mano nell'aggiornarvi costantemente sui concerti in Gran Bretagna.
E' stata una bellissima esperienza, che ci ha fatto veramente capire cosa vuol dire SUONARE DAVANTI A UN VERO PUBBLICO E VENIR APPREZZATI PER L'ARTE CHE SI ESPRIME. La cultura locale è diversa, senza voler fare attacchi diretti all'Italia. La sostanziale differenza tra i due Paesi, però, ci permette di fare maggior esperienza consentendo così alla band di proseguire rapidamente il suo processo di crescita.
Ringraziamo di cuore tutti i fans che ci hanno supportato con trasporto durante il Forgotten Tour UK 2011, e ogni città inglese che ci ha visto calcare i SUOI palchi. Soprattutto Hull, Weymouth, Neath, Llanelli, Telford, Stoke e Newcastle. Un pezzo di cuore rimane anche alle band con le quali abbiamo suonato: gli Achilla, con i quali abbiamo vissuto momenti bellissimi e divertenti, senza trascurare l'onore di suonare con uno dei chitarristi che riteniamo tra i migliori in circolazione, Daniele Panza...ringraziamo anche i Cypher 16, che hanno diviso con noi il palco a Weymouth, ed i Damaged Gods, fantastico duo con il quale abbiamo suonato a Telford.
Vorrete sapere le nostre impressioni al rientro in Italia....beh, contrastanti. Contenti nel rivedere i nostri cari, gli amici e le rispettive fidanzate ma, le sensazioni lasciate nel Regno Unito, sono ben vive, e lo rimarranno per molto tempo. E' nostra intenzione tornare in UK a breve, magari con il nuovo album, al quale stiamo lavorando ora.
Ultimi in questo post ma non ultimi nella realtà: grazie al manager Gavriel Pardi ed al sound engineer Max D'Addezio, che ci hanno aiutato in modo significativo e determinante in questo ultimo mese.
Concludiamo urlanda, per l'ennesima volta, GRAZIE a tutti, e vi diamo appuntamento alle prossime avventure della The Lotus Crew.

The last gig in Hull; The Lotus goodbye at Hollywood&Vine
L'ultima tappa del Forgotten Tour 2011: ancora una volta all'Hollywood&Vine di Hull!
Bellissima serata per i The Lotus, circondati dall'affetto di un numerosissimo pubblico esaltato e irruente che li ha celebrati a dovere, tra orde di capelloni e giochi pirici improvvisati!
Praticamente terminati i CD di Forgotten Silence (voi non preoccupatevi, potete sempre acquistarne una copia QUI) e le T-shirt, andati a ruba tra i nuovi fans della band.
Ancora una volta sono stati invitati a tornare quanto prima; è quello che ci auguriamo tutti, perché sempre più persone possano apprezzarli e conoscere la loro meravigliosa musica.
Come vi avevamo promesso, cominciamo a centellinare foto veramente esclusive del "backstage" (e non solo! :D ); presto saranno disponibili anche i video di diversi live e le foto scattate direttamente dai The Lotus!
Ecco qui, solo per i followers del blog ufficiale, un INEDITO Kristal Kross appena sveglio, il prodotto dell'ingegno navale della The Lotus Crew e il tecnico Massimo Di Addezio che mangia del terrificante pollo freddo alle spalle del manager Gavrièl Pardi:

The last venue of the Forgotten Tour 2011: once again at the Hollywood & Vine in Hull!
Beautiful night for the The Lotus, surrounded by love and estimation of a large, excited audience, rushing and celebrating them properly, among hordes of longhaired rockers and improvised fireworks!
Almost terminated the Forgotten Silence CDs copies they were selling on tour (don't worry, you can always buy your copy HERE) and the T-shirts, sold out thanks to new amazing fans.
Once again, they were asked to return as quickly as possible in Hull, and this is our hope too, so that more and more people would appreciate their wonderful music.
As we promised, we begin to trickle really exclusive photos of the"backstage"(and not only!); there soon will be available videos of different shows and pictures taken directly from the The Lotus!
Here, only for our lovely followers, an incredible "just wake up" Kristal Kross, the product of the genuine naval engineering genious of the The Lotus Crew and the great technician Massimo Di Addezio eating cold chicken behind the amazing manager Gavrièl Pardi.
And... keep on following the The Lotus, the FB page and the official blog!

Yeah, it was a Foolish April with The Lotus at The Rigger!
I The Lotus uno dei tre gruppi punta di diamante del Foolish April tenutosi al The Rigger di Newcastle-under-Lyme: il festival consta di due giornate e siamo certi che i The Lotus siano riusciti ad imporsi e farsi ricordare dal caloroso pubblico di questo atteso evento.
Tra la folla, anche alcuni fans che hanno conosciuto i nostri artisti a Stoke-On-Trent e non hanno voluto perdere l'occasione di assistere nuovamente a un loro live.
L'ennesimo successo, dunque, per questa penultima tappa del Forgotten Tour 2011; la malinconia sta spadroneggiando a bordo del The Lotus Tour Bus, dove ci si appresta ad affrontare l'ultimissima serata live all'Hollywood & Vine di Hull.
Siamo comunque certi che questo non sia che il principio, e che questa preziosa esperienza serva per il futuro.
Non siate dunque tristi: c'è ancora tanto da fare!
Voi continuate a seguire il blog e ne vedrete delle belle... domani, per celebrare la fine del Forgotten Tour, potremmo decidere di postare qualcosa di veramente esclusivo!

The Lotus as one of the three spearhead groups at the Foolish April, held at The Rigger in Newcastle-under-Lyme: the festival is in two days and we're sure that The Lotus had rock the stage and will be remembered warmly by the audience of this cool event.Among the cheering crowd, some fans who have known our artists in Stoke-On-Trent and didn't want to miss the opportunity to attend again one of their live gigs.
Another success, therefore, on this last stage but one of the Forgotten Tour 2011; melancholy is domineering onboard The Lotus Tour Bus, where they are getting ready to face the very last live night at the Hollywood & Vine in Hull.
However, we are confident that this is nothing but the principle, and that this valuable experience is going to be precious in the future.
Don't be so sad: there is still so much to do!
Continue to follow the blog and you'll see something crazy ...tomorrow, to celebrate the end of the Forgotten Tour, we may decide to post something really unique!

The Haygate in Telford and the truly rock night The Lotus passed there!
Avevamo lasciato i The Lotus all'aeroporto e li ritroviamo a Telford, dove hanno dato un assaggio preciso di quello che amiamo chiamare "italian style" ai fortunati presenti tra il pubblico del The Haygate, ieri sera!
Hanno condiviso il palco con i Damaged Gods, con i quali si sono ripromessi di mantenere i contatti e ideare qualche nuova collaborazione per il futuro.
Un pubblico entusiasta, che ha acquistato numerose copie di Forgotten Silence (a proposito, che aspettate ad assicurarvene una copia?! Che sia oggetto da collezione?! Clickate QUI e portatevi a casa uno dei migliori album su piazza) e applaudito i nostri The Lotus.
La fine di questo incredibile primo UK Tour 2011 si avvicina ma ci sembra sempre più una partenza verso nuove, meravigliose destinazioni... domani sera ultima tappa, nuovamente ad Hull, come vi avevamo già anticipato nei post precedenti, su richiesta del manager dell'Hollywood & Vine.
Mentre scrivo, i ragazzi staranno ultimando il soundcheck per l'imminente esibizione al The Rigger, in Staffordshire: domani saremo felici di aggiornarvi anche su questa tappa del Forgotten Tour.

We left The Lotus at the airport and we find them in Telford, where they gave a taste of what we call "Italian Style" to the lucky audience of The Haygate, last night!
They shared the stage with Damaged Gods, with whom they'd love to keep in touch and to work at some new future collaborations.
An enthusiastic audience, which has purchased several copies of Forgotten Silence (by the way, what are you waiting for?? Ensure yourself a copy!! Click HERE and bring home one of the best albums ever!) and cheered The Lotus .
The ending of this incredible first UK Tour 2011 comes closer but it seems more like a take-off to new, wonderful destinations ... final stage tomorrow night, once again in Hull, as we had already anticipated in previous posts, because of the nice request of the Hollywood &Vine's manager.
As I'm writing, the crew is probably finishing the soundcheck for the upcoming exhibition at The Rigger in Staffordshire: tomorrow, we will be happy to give you more details also about this venue of the Forgotten Tour.
